The posting of advertisements on this website, you agree to the following terms of use:

1. The Ads must not contain false, inaccurate and misleading content (including personal information).
2. Content or items must be posted in the appropriate category and location.
3. No foul or otherwise inappropriate language be use.
4. No unlawful, hateful, harassing, racist, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, pornographic, lewd, provocative, obscene or otherwise objectionable comments, links, images and/or videos.

12. NOT to infringe on trademarks, service marks, trade names or public figures (names/images).
13. NOT to post images and/or videos which are irrelevant to the business, service or item advertised.
14. NOT to include any text and/or watermark on the images and/or videos posted.
15. You agree to give us the right to place our watermark on the images and/or videos posted.
16. You agree to transfer the rights of the ad content to MakanAngin.com.

By posting your classified ad in MakanAngin.com, you agree that your classified ad is in compliance with our terms of use as stipulated above.

All ads are subject to review by us. We reserve the right not to approve any ads in violation of our terms of use in order to prevent abuse and keep the content appropriate for our general audience. If your ad is not approved, you may edit and resubmit your ad for approval.

Ads submitted for review during working hours in working days, normally will be reviewed, approved and published within 48 hours. For ads submitted for review during non-working hours or non-working days, it will be reviewed on the next working day and normally be published within 48 hours thereafter.

We shall not be responsible for any expenses, demands, claims, suits, damages or losses directly or indirectly arising from modifying, publishing, delaying or failure to publish any ads.

Ads placed in our free classified listing will be published on our site, at the designated state and/or country, for a period of at least 60 days. In addition, ads with featured listing option will also get to be listed on our featured ad section on our site, at the designated state and/or country, for a period of 10 days. However, we deserve the ultimate right to cancel and/or delete the published ad without informing you and/or obtaining your consent at any time, if required by the law and/or we consider it as necessary.

We reserve the right to change our TERMS AND RULES without prior notice. Any payment made to us is non-refundable.
